Managing Director

Berge Okosdinossian

Prior to establishing Notting Hill Advisory, Berge was a policy adviser to the NSW Premier, covering stakeholder engagement and policy formulation across key government portfolio areas. Before working in the NSW Government, Berge worked at a global communications and advisory firm, with a focus on land use and development advisory, specifically covering land use zoning and state significant development applications. Berge applies his experience across government and advisory ‘to help developers and governments better engage with and understand the communities they serve.
Communications Director

Taylah Jones

Prior to joining Notting Hill, ‘Taylah was a senior account manager at the global PR firm Burson. (formerly BCW Global). Taylah is responsible for the timely and effective preparation of communication tools and public facing material for Notting Hill engagement campaigns.
Specialist Adviser (Engagement)

Thomas Boneham

Thomas previously worked as a solicitor at Clayton Utz. and later served as in-house counsel at the Commonwealth Bank. Thomas leads the planning and delivery of public engagement programs for Notting Hill projects across NSW and Victoria, with a focus on projects in the local government and real estate development industry.

Data Scientist

Robert Joseph

Robert leads Notting Hill’s research design and data analysis functions. He previously worked at a global polling and campaigns firm as a senior research specialist. His expertise spans quantitative analysis, liveability measurement and policy-aligned evaluation frameworks.
Associate, Social Impact

Helena Lewis

Helene supports the preparation and delivery of Social Impact Assessments, engagement strategies and community engagement reporting across major projects. Helena holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Global Health (Distinction) from King’s College London, bringing a strong research and policy background to her work across the social impact and engagement functions of the business.
