Our Team

Berge Okosdinossian

Managing Director
Prior to establishing Notting Hill Advisory, Berge was a policy adviser to the NSW Premier, covering stakeholder engagement and policy formulation across key government portfolio areas. Before working in the NSW Government, Berge worked at a global communications and advisory firm, with a focus on land use and development advisory, specifically covering land use zoning and state significant development applications. Berge applies his experience across government and advisory to assist the development sector better engage with and understand the communities they serve.

Taylah Jones

Communications Director
Prior to joining Notting Hill, Taylah was as a senior account manager at global PR firm, Burson (formerly BCW Global). Taylah is responsible for the timely and effective preparation of communication tools and public facing material for Notting Hill engagement campaigns.

Thomas Boneham

Specialist Adviser (Engagement)
Thomas previously worked as solicitor at Clayton Utz and later served as in-house counsel at the Commonwealth Bank. Thomas leads the planning and delivery of public engagement programs for Notting Hill projects across NSW and Victoria, with a focus on projects in the local government and real estate development industry.

Robert Joseph

Data Scientist
Robert leads Notting Hill’s research design and data analysis functions. He previously worked at a global polling and campaigns firm as a senior research specialist. His expertise spans quantitative analysis, liveability measurement and policy-aligned evaluation frameworks.

Jo McClellan

Specialist Adviser (Social Impact)
Jo is a member of the International Association for Impact Assessment and a specialist practitioner in social impact assessment, analysis, housing policy and strategic planning. She has previously worked as a Director in the NSW Department of Planning and as an associate director at a major urban planning firm in Sydney.
